Motel, Marina, Launch Ramp, Store, Cafe, RV Camping.

Cottonwood Cove is a very nice family oriented resort that is relatively unknown.  Being far removed from big casinos and hotels this resort is one of my favorites for those who like a more peaceful and clean recreational area.  In the picture above you can see the motel (red roof) and the RV park just behind them.  The orientation of the motel, swim beach, and marina is a very nice setup.

For those who need a motel room, have kids who like to swim, and like to BBQ, this is the place for you.   These Spanish style red roofed motel rooms all have covered outdoor patios, table, and 4 chairs to enjoy incredible sunsets while cooking on the outdoor BBQ.   Also just outside your room is a volleyball net/court, shuffle board, grass, sand, and palm trees for an environment second to none for 100 miles around.

This is one of the cleanest and well run resorts I've been to.  It has a big store, cute little cafe, and a marina with all the essentials.  This is nothing fancy, but clean and adequate for the average boating family.
